FROM THE EDITOR: There's many a slip between the cup and the lip

I was having this debate today with other 3rd year med students who believed that just because a text extract is available to be read, that it is the responsibility of the reader to ensure it gets read. I explained, not because something is given, does it mean it is received. Take it to the people was my point.
