Teachers are the problem at schools
The working environment has to change!! I will say that again, THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT HAS TO CHANGE!! Teachers can't teach us to change if the environment (society and its unhealthy values) does not change. You cannot have it both ways, telling children they are the future yet have them taught by exhausted overworked passionless soulless teachers. What message are you sending? Grow up and conform like me? All across the job market people hate the situation and at best tolerate it. Politician in, politician out the human struggle seems to remain the same. Well until the working conditions change, our teachers will not change. Until our teachers change, our children and future will not change. (and yes the word teacher includes you too parents). Those with hope will be the change; those who've lost all hope won't even have children to send into this broken world.
